Equinox / Account privacy

Your account.
Your information.

What we store

An Equinox account stores your display name, email address, account level and a hash of your password. We also store sign-in sessions, application authorizations and hashed recovery codes. Your plain-text password and recovery code are not stored in the account database.

Why we use it

This information lets you sign in across Equinox services and access builds available to your account. Studio admins can view account names, email addresses and levels to manage access. Account-level changes are recorded in an administrative audit log.

Cookies and security

We use essential cookies for sign-in. Security controls process IP addresses to limit repeated requests. The site uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Account pages and private downloads are sent with instructions to prevent shared caching.

Recovery and verification

Save your private recovery code after creating an account. Email delivery is not currently enabled, so recovery uses this code rather than an emailed reset link. Email addresses are not marked as verified simply because an account has been created.
